Racoon Breaking into My Rental - Break Lease?

I want to know about breaking a lease after racoon invaded place. This is an Ongoing issue for 2 months
Can I get some legal advise on breaking a lease after an ongoing issue for the past 2 month of a racoon breaking into a rental condo?

According to the Community Legal Education Ontario (CLEO)- Maintenances and Repairs Guide ,
Cockroaches, mice, or other pests
If you have a problem with cockroaches, bedbugs, mice, or other pests, your landlord must take steps to get rid of them and to stop them from getting in.
We suggest that it is best if you contact the nearest Community Legal Clinic for some additional information and advice regarding your situation.
