Hi I've been in my new place now for a little over 3 months now and I have 2 kids ages 3 and 1. My youngest is very into his voice and sharing it but not all the time. The landlord is constantly calling and complaining to me that he cannot hear his tv over my kids and that they need to stop or I will risk eviction. My youngest is 1 I can't constantly be on him for learning how to use his voice and being a kid. My 3 yr old isn't allowed to do much in the house either ie: running walking loudly like most kids. How much complaining is too much and considered harassment and what can I do about it?? The house I'm in is a duplex and is not very sound proof as it should be. Please help!!!
