Hi, I have a hearing with the tenant board in a few weeks to evict me and my family. We have already found a new home but I am told I will still have to pay the landlord's filing fee (170.00) most likely, whether I attend or not. My question is can I have this process stopped due to errors the landlord made on the forms? Some of the mistakes I see; N5- my wife's maiden name used (different from her driver licence) No addresses included mine or landlord's spelling errors/ no times and dates of events listed
L2-Wife's name is correct on L2 but different from n5 The date the rent deposit was collected is off by 1 year
We are Canadian citizens
Thank you
Steve
