Hi dear
I wanna your help
I sent my application to cic after i get my approval letter from manitoba but there was missing document which is my birth certificate so they returned the application to me and the letter was expired so i sent to manitoba and they sent an extension letter to me but now i don't know if i am ready to sent the application as at the cover letter they said that they refund me with the fees but there is nothing at my card . I need to send my file as soon as possible but i don't know if i have to pay another fees and fill a new application or not
Please assist me
