Hi I have a half sister that I want to sponsor also cousin from my mother side.the sister is over 30 and the cousin is in grade 6 . But I'm on odsp and a Canadian citizan , what can I do

There are income requirements you would have to meet to sponsor a qualifying relative. If you are on ODSP, you won't meet these income requirements and unfortunately cannot sponosor any relatives at this time. If they wish to immigrate, they will have to qualify on their own.
If you were to stop taking ODSP and get a job that meets the sponsorship income requirements, then you might be able to sponsor youir half sister (you cannot sponsor your cousin). To sponsor your half sister you will have to meet all of these requirements: have no spouse / common law partner, have no children, both of your parents are deceased, have no family members in Canada (i.e. no siblings, aunts, uncles, etc.).
