Hi,
Can I sponsor my married brother over 18 years old as visitor?
Also, can I sponsor two people at the same time, my brother and my mother?

Hello Mdj,
Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.
It is difficult for us to say whether or not you will get a visitor visa in this situation.
You can find detailed information on how to apply in our Settlement.Org How can I help someone get a visitor visa to come to Canada? article.
As the person in Canada who is inviting someone, you may want to contact the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Call Centre directly for some information specific to your situation.
In terms of your second question, it is unclear if you are referring to sponsorship of your mother for permanent residence. If this is the case, you can find some information in our Settlement.Org How do I sponsor parents, grandparents, adopted children and other relatives? article.
I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.
