The Noise in the Apartment at Midnight

Hi Everyone
I just moved to Kitchener, and lived in an apartment building. The crazy thing is that:
the resident above my floor takes shower at midnight. The noise wakes up every day at midnight, and I can get sleep at night. I report this to the building manager, but the building manager has nothing to do with this.
Are there regulations with the noise for resident apartment in Kitchener.
In this situation, What can I do
