HI
I'm traveling to Puerta Rico however, I'm renewing my PR card. I spoke to CIC and they told me I need to apply for the travel document. I was wondering how long does it take to apply for one in New York?

You may want to check the Canada Visa Application Centre – New York website or contact them directly to see if they have any information regarding their processing times for this type of application.
