Would like to Apply for CCTB - How?

Hi there,
I'm a new comer here in Toronto and I'm trying to fill out the forms in order to apply for CCTB for my daughter.
However, my attempt of registering failed.
Can you advise? Thanks!

It is best if you contact the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) directly at the Universal child care benefit, Canada child tax benefit line here:
1-800-387-1193 (Canada and United States)
to see if they can resolve this failed registration issue.
