How wud I know if I'm eligible for renewal???

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.
You can find information regarding eligibility for renewing a PR card in the Applying for a Permanent Resident Card (PR card) - Initial application, replacement, renewal or to change sex designation (IMM 5445) application in the Assessing your eligibility section.
Here is an excerpt,
Assessing your eligibility
To be eligible for a PR card, you must:
- be a permanent resident of Canada
- be physically present in Canada
- meet the residency requirement (see Appendix A – Residency obligation)
- not be under an effective removal order
- not be a Canadian citizen and
- not be convicted of an offense related to the misuse of a PR card
If you decide to leave Canada without a PR card, you may want to look at some information related to returning to Canada.
You can find some information on the IRCC website in the I need to leave Canada and I do not have a permanent resident card. Can I later return to Canada without a PR card? section.
