Hi, my name is Atia.
I live in saskatoon for more than two years.
Came as a federal skilled worker.
Planning to move in Ontario.
Can I get Osap for my study upgrade?
Or I have to live there at least 12 months then I can apply?
Please help me to know.
Thanks.
