Hello,
I am Mohammad. I am a permanent resident. I have landed on Canada April, 2016 and returned back 8 May, 2016.
Currently I am in Japan. Me and my wife is doing PhD in Japan and it will be finished on 2019 (at the end of 2019 estimated).
So, when we will back to Canada we will not be able to meet the 730 days residency requirements.
What will be the consequence???
Our PR status will be revoked??
How to stop that??
How to inform CIC about our situation so, that there will be no problem in the future.
Please let me know.
