is once a month or two too much noise;
no police were called and when asked to turn down stereo at 85 decibels " which is normal conversation " was done as requested.
neighbor constantly. complaining over nothing.
How do I prove that it is not too much noise. I swear that. the neighbor has his ear on my wall or door!
need answer reasonable or will ????
