My daughter was born here and I am currently a permanent resident. I still hold the Indian passport. I want to apply for an entry visa for my daughter but I am asked for the Record of landing at BLS(they are not very clear about this). As per the checklist.
If Application is based on Parent?s legal status in India, please provide: o Indian passports of both parents, along with photocopies of the 1st and last page and any important observation. Original passport of one parent will be submitted with the application. If Application is based on Parents of Indian origin, please provide: o Cancelled Indian passports and Landing Papers of both parents o Proof of work status in Canada – PR Card or Work Permit (The latter must be valid for at least 6 months)
Since my Indian passport is still valid and not cancelled do I still need to produce the Record of landing.
