I landed in Canada on 3rd March 2016 and on 26th May i received e-mail regarding resubmission of photographs for PR card.

I mailed the photos on 4th June 2016 but i have not received my PR till now.

I'm really concerned about the fact that my wife, my daughter and my son landed on April 7th, with a Confirmation of PR and only two of them, my wife and daughter, have received the PRC. My son, who landed on the same day, has not received yet. Tomorrow is going to be 3 months already and we need that important document. Please let me know how I can know the status of my son's PRC.
Thanking you in advance,
J.R.

I landed in Canada on April 16 2016.Upon arrival.I submitted all the required documents for a new Permanent Resident card..

The normal processing time has passed and its been more than 12 weeks now and i haven't received my PR card yet
I tried called IRCC call center and they could only provide the information that everything is normal but i am little concerned, as by now i should have received my PR card under the normal processing period procedure

kindly let me know, what further steps are to be followed,if necessary

Thank You

Hi there,

Thank you for your question. I understand that this process can be frustrating.

You are taking the right steps by checking in with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) about the status of your PR card.

You can check the current processing times for PR cards on the IRCC website.

If you are worried that your PR card was lost in the mail, you may want to fill out a Solemn Declaration Concerning a Lost, Destroyed or Never-Received Permanent Resident Card.

According the IRCC website, you can fill out this form if you have:
Provided your Canadian mailing address when you became a Permanent Resident and have not received your Permanent Resident Card at least six weeks after the processing time;

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.

Hello
I came to Canada I mean I immigrated from India thinking that my life will be good here in Canada rather then in India
In short I came here in Canada on 15 August 2011 on student visa and I came here in Saskatchewan as I wanted to become permanent resident and process to become permanent resident was quick as I researched on Google I got my permanent resident status on March 2014
But the best thing is I lost my job because of delay in processing of my visa when I was in India after I got my sinp approved not only this I have not received my p r card yet so I don't have a sin number and cannot work here I m begging to eat and live it was better in India
Not only this I have faxed the application of not received my PR card and even called the CIC call centre agent told I will receive AsAP but God knows what is asap I think it's As Slow as possible I am from India and in India asap mean s as soon as possible I will fly back I don't think CA ADA is a good country to live my mother land India is the best

Hi There, I landed in Canada on Jan 26, 2018. Got request to deposit photo for PR card in mid March. Since May 13, 2018, status of my PR card is "Application under process" with no additional or interview required. I called up call center and raised a query on CIC web portal and they confirmed that my card is approved and sent for production. Its almost six months now (July 13, 2018) i'm in Canada and I haven't received my PR card. Anyone can let know what might be the reason and what all options I have got to escalate this ?

Hi Moderator,

Subject: Application has exceeded normal processing times.

We have not received any update on our PR cards. Normal processing time is near to 62 days but we have already crossed 95 days. Last email we got from case processing center Nova Scotia on 27th June was about the photo issues and we did send the same in given time frame and as per Blue dart -DHL courier service the courier was being delivered on 6th july. But after this we neither recieved any acknowledgement nor update . Our initial Stamping was done on 14th May and our landing page has same date. Do let us know In case of any issues or if there is still mismatch in photos but getting no intimation creates bit of panic. Please do help us and expidate the process.

We tried querying online and no one is answering on call as well. What is the other way to contact.
