I live in Mississauga and am a permanent resident to Canada for 5 years. My wife married me and sponsored me. We live together and have a daughter. I would like to sponsor my 25 year old brother and would like to know if it is possible.

1. No, it is not possible, he would have to apply on his own, under skilled worker most probably.
