Delayed New PR Card

I landed in Canada on 24/04/2016 and submitted my PR form and that of my family members the same day with the mailing address for processing. However, up till now , I have neither received the PR Cards nor any information about the Cards.
I'm wondering what could have happened.

Unfortunately, we do not have any information regarding the status of your PR card.
It may be best to contact the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Call Centre directly at:
1-888-242-2100 (In Canada Only)
