Can we enter the USA?

hi
my wife and I want visit the USA, for a holiday ,
my wife is a Thai citizen ,
but has immigrant status in Canada ,
can we enter the USA or do we need to apply for permission for her to enter the USA ?

1. Your spouse will have to apply and obtain a US visitor visa.
