Vague Ontario Works information

Hi
First. How many automobiles can I have registered in my name while on Ontario Works? I have two, one is a junker, and one is practical. I don't drive the junker. Neither one of them is worth more than 3000.00.
Second. My caseworker says it is up to her discretion if I can use my credit card for general purchase purposes. I understand that I cannot use the card for cash advances without it being declared as income, but can she prevent me from using it to buy groceries etc?
Third. My caseworker told me I am not allowed to request a different caseworker. Is this true?
Fourth. Can I request of my caseworker that our conversations be recorded for reference purposes? If she says no, on what legal grounds can she do so?
My caseworker
Fifth. I have diligently read through the Ontario Works Act and can find no answers, (at least that I understand clearly) to these questions.
I am trying to abide by the rules set out by Ontario Works but am seeing some adversity.
Thank you.
