I lost my previous passport and I am submitting my application for urgent processing because I need to travel in 7 weeks.

I fall right in the 6 week period for Urgent Processing as stated on the IRCC tool.

I do not have my previous passport to show photocopies or stamps.

What can I do? What else can I submit?

I have CRA statements, e-mails, ticket stubs, itineraries, hotel receipts, school records etc to prove residency in Canada.

Hello,

Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.

According to the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Call Centre representatives, you should include a letter stating why you do not have your previous passport and why you are unable to submit photocopies of the pages.

They also stated that you should include everything you have listed above.

We suggest that you may want to contact the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Call Centre directly to confirm the information they have shared with us.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.
