Am I entitled to receive E.I.?

Hi,

I am an Australian citizen currently working in canada on a work holiday visa.

The company I work for has told me that they stop work from November till February.

I currently pay into ei.

My question is . If i get my 655 hours work at my company am i entitled to receive ei?
