Hi, My husband received the Confirmation of Permanent Residence but has a condition 51 stating that we have to cohabit in a conjugal relationship for 2 years. This is totally fine, but he will need to travel abroad within that period for family functions (sisters wedding, brothers graduation etc.) and for work settlements. Will he have an issue when he re-enters Canada? Appreciate your advice.

1. No, he shouldn't as long as you are living together and if he travels alone, it isn't for a long period of time, such as months.
