I sponsored my parents in 2011 and at that time i fulfilled all the criterias for that.
Unfortunately a bit of time i am on ontario works (me, my wife and a son) due to company i was working in went bankrupt and to meet expenses i relied on assistance along with my part time work.
Now yesterday i got letter of fee refund from immigration canada.
Althought i am not in position to return all that money that i took , but just want to know do i hace to return it all or a portion of it.
Secondly what are other options available to me.
