Am I eligible for E.I.?

Hello,
I finally found a little part time job after being out of work from a contract job since 2014. I began work March 30 2016 and worked part time until Sept 2 when I was laid off due to lack of work offered by the employer. I have only worked, according to ROE paper, 345 hours as I was part time.
Does this mean I have no EI to fall back on?
At 64 it's really tough finding work, even part time work.
Thank you
