I've been living at this place for 2 Years I moved in with mold that was just covered with paint an apartment not up to date I was told it was going to be fixed and dealt with 8 months later the building was sold to a new owner the new owner moved in raise my rent and started adding other fees
I got backed up with $600 the new landlord has entered my place maybe 4 times within the year and still hasn't done nothing to my apartment
my husband's a construction worker so we try to take care of the mold
the landlord has agreed to buy the supplies and provide it so he can do the repair but still he has not provided these things as yet he decided to take me to court to get me kicked out
at that time I had old 1500 I paid off 1100 and still got a note for eviction I got a letter stayed in the sheriff will lock my door on the 16th of October so I'm packing my things and I'm moving but I feel this is very wrong
I think I have rights I'm not sure on what to do next because I'm trying to find a new place and it's a bit difficult and stressful ,
my husband got home from work last week with a evicted notice,he got upset and spray painted the building, hes not allowed back ,
but I am still there .
please call me or email me I can send you the the pictures of the mold and open fuse electric box and others
