How to apply, processing time, if you're outside of Canada...
My Son's PR Card has not been Received

Hello,
I received at the same day the PR card for me, my wife and one son, while i didnt receive it for my other son.
What should i do ?

We can appreciate that you would be concerned about this situation.
As you may already know, the present processing time is 41 days.
If this processing time has passed you may want to contact the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Call Centre at 1-888-242-2100 (In Canada Only).
