Hi I have for my husband sponsorship application. He has child from previous marriage.
What will happen, If his ex wife will not allow for his son medical exam .
Will my husband get pr or it it will be rejected.
Please help

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a definitive response regarding whether or not your husband's PR will get rejected.
In terms of your husband's child from a previous marriage, it is important to note that unfortunately, if a child is not medically examined and is not included in the application, then the child is no longer considered a member of the family class and will not be able to be sponsored.
We recommend that you contact the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Call Centre directly for some information related to your type of situation.
