Hello,
In June 2016, I graduated from an Ontario university using New Brunswick student loans. I resided in New Brunswick from 1993-2011, but have since applied and been approved for OHIP and an Ontario Driver's licence since I intend to make Ontario my place of permanent residence.
I would like to enroll in certificate programs at both Ryerson and U of T and am wondering where my first step would be to secure financial assistance. I have not yet resided in Ontario long enough following my university convocation to be eligible (it says one year), but now possess other proofs of permanent residence.
Thank you.
