I just moved into an apartment in Niagara where the landlord has just told me exactly what was in my place and where it was located which would mean that they where in the unit when I wasn't home without permission or even notice.

I told her ahead of time that I wasn't able to pay rent til next Thursday which would make it a week late (rents due 9th ).

So my question is what are they intitled to do ?

They shouldn't be going in my unit at all without permission ?

There's a list of things broken and wrong with this situation all together .
