Hello,
My parents just received their PR documents (Dec 2016). However, it says it's valid until March 2017 only. What does it actually mean? It does not leave much time for them to pack up and move within 3 months.
Would it be possible for them to come to Canada before March 2017 but then go back to their country to wrap up everything and return for good to Canada? If so, what is the timeline given?
Could you please clarify? Many thanks.

1. Yes, they can "land" before the COPR expires, and return home to pack up. To return, they will need either their PR card (50 days processing) or a PR Travel Document issued abroad.
