Can International Students Get Married in Ontario?

Hi
I am currently an international student who is possessing study permit and my girl friend is a visitor.
We are planning to get married in Toronto
Is it possible to get married even if we are not Canadian?
If it is possible, how can we do that?
And how long does the process take?

To get married in Ontario, you do not have to be a Canadian citizen or live in Ontario. The first step to getting married in Ontario is to get a marriage license.
