1. if you have your IMM 1000 (which you will need for your PR Card) the stamp on it, will the port of entry.
2. If you don't have your IMM 1000, you will need to apply for a Verification of Status: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=564&top=12
