Is The Lease Invalid Because of Deposit?

Hello,
I paid security deposit on top of the first&last month rent, which is illegal in Ontario.
I need to move out 2 months earlier, I gave a 60-day notice but my landlord did not agree.
Is the lease invalid because of the illegal deposit?
