How Do I change my SIN?

I'm a victim of ID Fraud and I was told besides going through Equifax and Trans Union I can get my SIN changed.
How do I go about doing this and how much does it cost.

According to the Service Canada website,
A new SIN may be issued only in situations where there is a proof that the SIN was used fraudulently.
We suggest that you contact Service Canada directly to find out what the steps are that you can take to get a new SIN.

Hello,
Recently I got my Social Insurance Number (SIN). I later found that in the address, there is a mistake in the pincode of my address. Do I have to correct my Pincode in the SIN confirmation letter again or it does not matter? Please let me know. Thank you.
