I live in the US, I need to land as a PR by the date specified.

I have not finished everything I need to do in the US.

But will be driving to Canada to land.

Will I have to change my car registration on landing.

Or can I do that on my return?

1. You list your car on your "goods to follow"
2. At least 3 days prior (you will need more time than this) you must export your car from the US. The title has to be at US customs where you intend to exit 3 days prior.
3. You have to follow the instructions from the Register of Imported vehicles, the whole process from exporting and imported is here: https://www.riv.ca/ImportingAVehicle.aspx
