I am from Brunei and m a Brunei citizen.
My father was migrated to Canada in 1980's and also he had sponsored my sisters and brother to go to Canada and now they are resident in Canada.
My question is now my father had already passed away since long time ago and Now am I still eligible to apply for the Citizenship or PR in Canada myself?
Is my sister or brother eligible to sponsor me to go there in Canada?
Regards & Thanks

1. Your siblings aren't eligible to sponsor you. 2. It depends if your father was a Canadian citizen at the time of your birth. If he was, then you would be eligible to apply for "proof of citizenship" 3. If neither of the above apply, then you would have qualify and apply as a skilled worker under Express Entry.
