Hello,

I am having a problem filling the application for PR card renewal. As per rules I meet the 730 days required to be within Canada but this exceeds the 5 yr requirement (5 years 2 months to be exact)

In this scenario I am exceeding the 1095 days required to stay outside Canada as this is calculated using exact 5 years

It tells to fill section D if days outside Canada are more than 1095 but I am not sure which section to fill as I don’t qualify any of the situations

Your help is greatly appreciated

Thanks

Hello,

I have some questions related to the PR replacement. I recently lost mine which was just issued when I landed November 2016. I am in the process of replacing it and have 2 questions regarding the application.

1) Does my entire passport need to be photocopied or just the first page with my photo and all my personal details?

2) Do those photocopies need to be notarized?

Your help is much appreciated.

Hi,
My daughter is 8 years old and will be travelling soon to the United states via car. Her PR card has expired but a new application has been submitted and as well as her citizenship application 2 months now . Can she still travel or is there a way she can get her PR soon before she leaves in a months time?

1. Apply for a new PR card: (assuming it is PR card you can't find) http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/pr-card/apply-how.asp
2. If you is COPR, apply for Verification of status http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/certcopy.asp
