Confusion regarding OSAP application

Hello there, I am a permanet resident of canada, my wife and 4 year old son they are also. All of us together entered in canada in canada (toronto) on 22 April, 2016 and left on ) may 2016. Now, only me (wife and son is in Japan)back on canada on 23 May, 2017. Now I am applying for my OSAP. SO, I am bit confused here which option i should select. Should I choose the option "I am married and having a dependent children" ?? another thing is my wife is doing her PhD in Japan with Japanese govt scholarship. She is getting some amount of non-taxable money from the japanease government monthly basis (have documentation about this). So, anyone please suggest me to fillup my osap based on my situation.
