I am currently married and living in the Caribbean with my new husband. I have one child 13 yr old and my ex husband is looking after him fill time in Ontario.
My ex husband is asking for child support (even though I send money for him thru his grandmother and she buys accordingly for him). I work part time and make $32,000 a yr. I can afford to pay the 260. Which is required of me. My question is can my ex husband demand that my new husband pay more according to his salary?

I am currently living in Nigeria,my spouse of nine years sought asylum in Canada early this year we have four kids who are with me.my spouse hardly sends money for care of his kids,I am worried because he is starting another family in Canada and is abandoning his duties here. I just want to know if the government can help me make him send welfare for his children in Nigeria, thank you
