Will this affect my Citizenship Application?

Hello Guys,
I have a very unfortunate incident. My wife got Bipolar Disorder and she tried to kill our son and I stopped it. Now she is in the Psychiatric treatment
I had a meeting with her Doctor and Social worker yesterday at her Hospital. When she got sentenced for more than 6 months (Most likely it could happened as she was charged with very serious offences of Attempt to Murder and Aggressive Assault) she would be deported to our home country.
My question is that, would it effect my PR Status (I am the Primary applicant and my wife and our son are my dependents) or myself and my son's Citizenship Application?. Myself and my son applied for the Citizenship on November first week
Please note that there isn't any charges against me and before applying for the Citizenship I asked whether we there is any legal issues which prevent us from applying Citizenship for myself and my son with the Detective and Social worker and I proceed since they gave me green signal.
Please share your thoughts
Million Thanks

1. No, it has no effect on you or your son's citizenship application.
