Good morning. I'm actually living in Cambridge, On. I wanted to see which way could be better in order for me to apply for permanent residency in Ontario. I lived in Ontario for 8 years in which I completed my undergrad honors program at the University of Guelph in 2014. I immediately enrolled in the same University in a Masters degree program which I obtained in 2015. Even if I tried multiple times, it has not been possible for me to apply for the PR under Master's Graduate Stream because of the short windows of time that such program allowed. At the same time I started working part time in August 2016, more or less, as a sales associate at an apparel store. In February 2017 I got promoted as a senior keyholder, part time, in the same store and as of end of August, I started working full time as a store manager for the same company, different store. I also obtained a IELTS score of 8 on the test that I did on March 2017. To finalize I am living with my parents and my sister, whom obtained their PR. Unfortunately, because of age I could not be considered as dependent with them. My Post Graduate work permit is going to be expired next Dec 7, 2018. In my understanding I could be able to get a potential invitation under skilled immigrant FSWP and CEC Express Entry, but I'm not sure if I can create a profile in advance even considering my 6 months part time work experience as key holder (NOC B) together with my full time store manager current job (NOC 0). Moreover I'm not sure I could get an Ontario PNP in order to get more points for the above Express Entry ranking system. Last question is related to job offer: I signed up a contract with my Company when I start my full time job, I don't know if that could be considered a job offer, and if so, does my company need to get an LMIA in order to support the job offer?
Many thanks in advance to clarify my concerns and to let me know if there is any other option that I can consider. Thank you. Regards, Tania
