So,
My office sits at 26-27+ degrees everyday and 10% humidity.

The windows don't open, and we have 3 fans running.

My boss is telling me to "Suck it up". But i can't function in that heat.

Is there a guideline on working environments?

Hello,

Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.

We can really appreciate that you would be concerned about this situation and interested in what your rights are.

You can find some guidelines regarding heat in the workplace on the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS) website in the Temperature Conditions - Hot section.

You may also want to contact a specialty community legal clinic that works on issues specific to health and safety in the workplace.

You can find the nearest one here.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.
