Hello everyone,
My situation is this: I had my PR approved while being on a work permit (which ends June 30th). I need to fly outside Canada but the people at the IRCC made the mistake of using the sequence number of my passport instead of the ID number. It is actually the second time they make the same mistake. I have to send them the PR card and a bunch of documents so they will process it *urgently* but i don't know how long that will take them. I still have a tourist visa and a work visa stamped in my passport, so the questions are:
- Are my work permit (visa) and tourist visa still valid? (were not voided at the airport when I ¨landed¨ as it happened with the immigration one) - If so, could i come back to Canada using either of those documents while i wait for them to correct the information on my PR card?
I cannot apply for a travel document as the trip is going to be short and i won't be able to apply for it where i'm going.
Thank you for any help you can provide.

1. If you have "landed" then your work permit is no longer valid, and CIC/CBSA has or is in the process of cancelling your TRV. You will either have to get a PRTD to return or fly into the US to an airport close to the border and enter Canada by non commercial transport with your passport and COPR.
