Hello,
I will travel soon in Canada through the FSW process EE and I am wondering if there is a problem if I mention a Québec adress related to my friend for receiving the PR card or it should be necessary an adress outside quebec?

1. Don't give a Quebec address for your PR card is you were not accepted by Quebec and issued a CAQ.
