I have just married and I stayed with my wife for just one month as i had to come back to Canada. I want to sponsor here but I stayed in Canada one year and 2 months in the last 5 years as I had a family troubles obliged me to stay in my country taking care of my parents. But now I intend to stay in Canada and not to leave and I have already transferred all my life here job and study so,

1) am I eligible to apply ? or I have to wait until completing 730 days to be able to apply?
2) can my wife apply for the immigration without causing a problem to me?
3) can I restart the immigration from the beginin again?
4) Or I have to choose to loose Canada or to loose my wife?
Please I need your advise as I'm in a very hard situation please help me to find a solution

Thanks

Hello,

Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.

This is a very complicated situation.

Since you are in Canada, you may want to contact the IRCC Call Centre directly for some information specific to your situation. Please note that you do not have to provide personally identifying information in order to ask a "general" question.

You may also want to contact a Lawyer or a reputable, registered Immigration Consultant who is familiar with Canadian immigration issues for some advice and assistance with this situation.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.
