Violent Tenants?

I'm trying to evict a dangerous tenant here in Ontario. I won my hearing at the Board and received an approval to evict the tenant. The tenant somehow managed to get that ruling suspended and a new hearing is scheduled. While I have 99% confidence I'll win again, there's part of me that worries it's possible I could lose. Does the Board have legal right to force a landlord to continue to rent to someone they're scared of and is dangerous? He's made death threats to multiple tenants, attacked a handyman of mine, threatened to beat me up amongst other things. If the Board forces me to continue to rent to this person and someone gets really hurt, am I liable? Can the board be sued?
