Refusal of Work Permit and Exclusion Order

Hi
I am Anant on behalf of My Daughter
I need Help.
My Daughter has applied paper base for workpermit extension and same was refused by CIC than she again applied online and againreused by the CIC and CBSA issued her Exculsion Order and Seized her Passport on jan 30 2018 , Same is Not returnby he CBSA OR CIC
What Shall I Do ? My Daughter is still in Canada .
Can She apply again or workpermit. she having valid LMIA upto 28 th May 2018
