Hello,

Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.

From the information that we have previously received from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada Call Centre representatives, yes, it is possible to send all applications in one envelope.

They stated that IRCC will attempt to process all family members' applications together.

You can find the application on the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) website in the Application to get, renew or replace a Permanent Resident Card (PR Card) section.

You can complete portions of the form online, however, you must print it out and sign it. It cannot be sent over the internet to IRCC.

You may want to confirm this information by contacting the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada Call Centre directly.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.
