Hi, I landed to Canada on 28 March 2013 and my PR card expiry is 23 May 2018. I applied to renew my card on 14/03/2018 and the tracking shows me all documents have been delivered to the office but I haven't received any feedback yet. Also I couldn't check my status online. whenever I tried to check, it shows me the status of my citizenship application. (I applied for citizenship at the same time but it takes time and I need my PR card for business trips) How can I check my status of PR card? Thanks

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.
We can appreciate that you would be interested in this type of information.
The Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) website states that the processing time is 115 days and that they are working on applications received on January 29, 2018.
You may want to try and contact the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Call Centre to see if they have any information regarding the processing times. Unfortunately, it is not likely they can tell you much, but you may want to try.
I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.

Hi..we applied for my wife a "Permanent resident card renewal".The photos had to be redone and were couriered and received at their office Feb/3/2018.Do they start the whole process over again if this happens...or from the original date the application was received?
We have with no success tried to check the status of the application,so we hope for answers here.
Thank you,
