Good Morning,

My father recently passed away.

He owns a home in Sarnia, unfortunately i live in the U.S. (florida). As his daughter he made me executor of his estate.

There is a renter living in the home, they shared the kitchen.

My dad passed on May 1 and the tenant and i signed an agreement for her to move out by May 31 as i am selling the home.

As of yesterday she is still there.

Can i legally have the locks changed? She has not paid any rent in many months, the last being on January 5th for 200.00.

All of her belongings are still there also, she has made no effort to start moving anything.

She is not paying any of the bills. I can not get there until the first week of July but do have family in the area.

Also if i am able to get the locks changed and her belongings are still there what can i do with them?

thank you for any assistance you can provide
